1. الخدمات المقدمة

تقدم سماجي ديجيتال خدمات تصميم وتطوير مواقع إلكترونية مخصصة. يتم تحديد نطاق كل مشروع، والجدول الزمني، وعدد التعديلات المشمولة في وقت الشراء.

2. الدفع

يُطلب سداد المبلغ الكامل مقدمًا قبل بدء أي عمل في المشروع. يضمن الدفع حجزك ويؤكد موافقتك على شروط الخدمة هذه.

3. سياسة عدم الاسترداد

نظرًا للطبيعة المخصصة لخدماتنا، لا نقدم استردادًا بعد إجراء الدفع. عند حجز مشروع، يتم تخصيص الوقت والموارد الإبداعية والتخطيط الاستراتيجي خصيصًا لك، مما يمنعنا من قبول مشاريع أخرى خلال تلك الفترة.

4. مسؤوليات العميل

لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بسلاسة، يجب على العملاء تقديم جميع المحتويات والمواد والتغذية الراجعة المطلوبة في الوقت المناسب من خلال قنوات الاتصال المعتمدة (البريد الإلكتروني، واتساب، أو وسائل أخرى متفق عليها).

5. التعديلات

تتضمن كل باقة عددًا محددًا من التعديلات. أي تعديلات إضافية تتجاوز ما هو مشمول ستخضع لرسوم إضافية، تُحدد بناءً على نطاق العمل.

6. الاستضافة والنطاقات

لا تقدم سماجي ديجيتال خدمات استضافة أو تسجيل نطاقات. ومع ذلك، يسعدنا مساعدتك في إعداد خدمات الاستضافة أو النطاقات من جهات خارجية إذا لزم الأمر.

7. الجدول الزمني وتسليم المشروع

نهدف إلى تسليم جميع المشاريع ضمن الجدول الزمني المتفق عليه في البداية. ومع ذلك، قد يتم تمديد الجداول الزمنية في الحالات التالية:

*تأخر العميل في تقديم المحتوى أو المواد أو الموافقات اللازمة.

*إضافة ميزات أو طلبات أو تعديلات إضافية تتجاوز النطاق الأصلي.

*عوامل خارجية خارجة عن إرادتنا تؤثر على المشروع.

في حالة حدوث تأخيرات، ستقوم سماجي ديجيتال بإخطار العميل وتعديل جدول التسليم وفقًا لذلك. نحن غير مسؤولين عن أي خسائر أو أضرار ناتجة عن تأخيرات المشروع.

8. إيقاف المشروع وعدم النشاط

إذا أصبح العميل غير متجاوب أو فشل في تقديم التغذية الراجعة أو المواد اللازمة لأكثر من 14 يومًا متتاليًا، تحتفظ سماجي ديجيتال بالحق في إيقاف المشروع. في هذه الحالات:

*سيتم تطبيق رسوم إعادة تشغيل بنسبة 20٪ من القيمة الإجمالية للمشروع لاستئناف العمل.

*سيتم إعادة جدولة جداول المشروع بناءً على التوفر الحالي.

*إذا لم يتم استلام أي تواصل خلال 30 يومًا، فقد يُعتبر المشروع مكتملًا دون استرداد.

9. حقوق الملكية الفكرية

عند السداد الكامل، يمتلك العميل التصميم النهائي للموقع الإلكتروني. تحتفظ سماجي ديجيتال بالحق في عرض المشروع المكتمل في المحافظ، والمواقع الإلكترونية، ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، ما لم يتم الاتفاق خلاف ذلك كتابيًا.

10. تحديد المسؤولية

ليست سماجي ديجيتال مسؤولة عن المشكلات التقنية، أو انقطاعات الخادم، أو إخفاقات الخدمات الخارجية بعد تسليم المشروع.

11. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية. أي نزاعات تنشأ عن أو فيما يتعلق بخدماتنا ستكون خاضعة للاختصاص القضائي الحصري لمحاكم المملكة العربية السعودية.

Welcome to Samagi Digital. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Samagi Digital offers custom website design and development services. Each project scope, timeline, and number of included revisions are detailed at the time of purchase.

2. Payment Full

payment is required upfront before any project work begins. Payment secures your booking and confirms your agreement to these Terms of Service.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once payment is made. When a project is booked, time, creative resources, and strategic planning are allocated specifically for you. This commitment prevents us from taking on other projects during that time, which is why refunds are not possible.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project delivery, clients must provide all required content, materials, and feedback promptly through approved communication channels (email, WhatsApp, or other agreed methods).

5. Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond what is included will incur additional charges, quoted separately based on scope.

6. Hosting and Domains

Samagi Digital does not provide hosting or domain registration services. However, we are happy to assist you in setting up third-party hosting or domain services if needed.

7. Project Timeline and Delivery

We aim to deliver all projects within the timeline agreed upon at the start. However, timelines may be extended if: Clients delay providing necessary content, materials, or approvals. Additional features, requests, or revisions are added beyond the original scope. External factors outside our control impact the project. If delays arise, Samagi Digital will notify the client and adjust the delivery schedule accordingly. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from project delays.

8. Project Pause and Inactivity

If the client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide necessary feedback or materials for more than 14 consecutive days, Samagi Digital reserves the right to pause the project. In such cases:

A restart fee of 20% of the total project value will apply to resume work.

Project timelines will be rescheduled based on current availability.

If no communication is received within 30 days, the project may be considered completed without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own the final website design. Samagi Digital retains the right to showcase the completed project in portfolios, websites, and social media, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

Samagi Digital is not responsible for technical issues, server outages, or third-party service failures after the project is handed over.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.
